10:15 AM – 11:00 AM: Ice Bath Immersion: Round 1 Guided exposure to reset the nervous system.
11:00 AM – 11:45 AM: Guided Journaling Prompt: “What Am I Holding On To?”
11:45 AM – 12:30 PM: Mindful Movement Session (Guest-Led) Reconnect with your body through gentle yet intentional movement.
